Terms & Conditions

ShareLINK is operated by CTG4U WELLNESS SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202101015535 (1415835-X)) (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). We operate two sales channels: (a) a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale ordering platform for approved business retailers, and (b) consumer-facing brand storefronts where members of the public may purchase products at retail price. By using ShareLINK or purchasing through any of our storefronts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• Business retailers must register, provide accurate business details and supporting documents (such as SSM registration), and be approved by us before wholesale ordering is enabled.
• Consumers may purchase from our brand storefronts without an account by providing the delivery and contact details needed to fulfil the order.

2. Orders

For wholesale (B2B) orders, orders are offers to purchase subject to our review and approval before payment; no contract of sale is formed until an order is approved and paid. For consumer orders placed on our storefronts, your order is confirmed and payment is taken at checkout. We may decline or cancel any order (for example, where an item is unavailable or pricing is incorrect) and will refund any amount already charged for a cancelled order.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Consumers pay the retail price shown at checkout. Business retailers purchase at their agreed price (a discount off the recommended selling price, “RSP”) and are expected to resell at the stated RSP. Prices and availability may change without notice prior to order confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is collected through our third-party payment gateway. By paying, you authorise the charge for your order total. We do not store your full card details; these are handled by the payment gateway under its own security standards.

5. Delivery and fulfilment

Paid orders are fulfilled and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes on delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and applies to both consumer and wholesale orders.

7. Retailer obligations (wholesale accounts)

• Maintain a valid business registration and provide accurate information.
• Resell goods at the stated RSP and not misrepresent the products.
• Provide accurate end-customer details where an order ships to a customer.
• Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws in reselling the goods.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, product images and content belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond your use of the goods purchased.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
