CTG4U RETAIL SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202601026837 (1688933-M)) respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. This policy explains what we collect through ShareLINK and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

  • Business and account details: business name, registration number, contact person, email and phone.
  • Verification documents you upload (e.g. SSM registration, director identification).
  • Order information, including end-customer name and phone number where you order on a customer's behalf, and delivery addresses.
  • Payment records. Full card details are processed by our payment gateway and are not stored by us.

2. How we use your information

  • To verify and approve your account and process your orders.
  • To arrange fulfilment and delivery, including to your customers.
  • To issue invoices and meet tax and record-keeping obligations.
  • To communicate with you about orders and account matters.

3. Disclosure of information

We share personal data only as needed to operate the service, including with:

  • Suppliers and fulfilment partners, to ship your orders.
  • Our payment gateway, to collect payment.
  • Relevant authorities, where required by law (e.g. tax and e-invoicing).

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, and sensitive documents are stored in restricted, access-controlled storage. We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and may limit how it is processed, by contacting us at abel.tie@ctg4u.com.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the platform. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
