CTG4U WELLNESS SDN. BHD. (Company No. 202101015535 (1415835-X)) respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. This policy explains what we collect through ShareLINK and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

  • Consumers: your name, email, phone number and delivery address, provided at checkout to process and deliver your order.
  • Business retailers: business name, registration number, contact person, email and phone, plus verification documents you upload (e.g. SSM registration, director identification).
  • Order and delivery information, including end-customer details where a retailer orders on a customer's behalf.
  • Payment records. Full card details are processed by our payment gateway and are not stored by us.

2. How we use your information

  • To process your order, take payment, and arrange fulfilment and delivery.
  • To verify and approve business retailer accounts.
  • To send order confirmations, receipts and delivery updates.
  • To issue invoices and meet tax and record-keeping obligations.

3. Disclosure of information

We share personal data only as needed to operate the service, including with:

  • Suppliers and fulfilment partners, to ship your orders.
  • Our payment gateway, to collect payment.
  • Relevant authorities, where required by law (e.g. tax and e-invoicing).

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, and sensitive documents are stored in restricted, access-controlled storage. We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and may limit how it is processed, by contacting us at abel.tie@ctg4u.com.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the platform. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
